Fixed Plant Maintenance Planner

THE ROLE

• Plan and coordinate the maintenance of the processing plant
• Develop maintenance strategies, as well as scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the maintenance of processing plant including crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, tailings and reagent circuits, and associated infrastructure
• Actively develop the weekly schedule, and assist with shut down planning
• Work with the Maintenance & Processing team to safely, efficiently and cost effectively maintain all assets
• Organise schedules/work orders for the Fixed Plant Mechanical, Electrical, Light Vehicle, and Servicemen
• Organise parts and labour needed in a timely manner for future works, contractor labour and offsite repairs to minimize disruption to the operation
• Analysing the risk of equipment failure, undertake performance measurement and ensure that maintenance costs are kept as low as possible
• Maintain detailed maintenance history in Pronto our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Contribute to the development of detailed maintenance budgets and forecasts

WHAT DO I NEED

• Current "C" Class Manual Western Australian driver's licence
• Relevant Trade Certificate (essential)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Pronto experience (essential)
• Microsoft Project experience (preferred)
• Proficient Microsoft office skills
• Sound working knowledge of Gold processing plants - multistage crushing, milling, gravity, leaching, elution circuits, tailings and reagent circuits, and associated infrastructure
• Have a comprehensive understanding of maintenance practices and procedures, with the ability to enforce them
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Solid communication skills, with the ability to build strong, collaborative, and successful working relationships
• A can-do, team-oriented attitude
• Desire to maintain a proactive safe working environment
