We are looking for a hands on property maintenance manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of 50+ properties in the Sydney city area, which make up our accommodation business.

They will be responsible for maintaining and fixing damages that occur to the properties, whilst actively working on properties to keep them maintained, cleaned and organised to prevent damages and problems before they occur.

The position requires you to be very good at using tools and fixing a wide range of common households issues and problems. We are looking for people with clear trade experience, and someone who sees themselves as a jack of all trades. A usual day might involve fixing a busted shower head, patching a hole in the wall, then installing some blinds.

Maintenance issues often occur when guests are staying our properties, so the person needs to be good at scheduling, time management and communication, which we have online software to assist with, so you must have basic skills with technology, as we use various apps to log and schedule in repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
