We specialise in high-end structural landscaping, hardscaping, and garden transformations. Our projects include retaining walls, paving, decking, drainage, and complete outdoor spaces — all delivered with a strong focus on quality workmanship and professionalism.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Structural Landscaper to join our growing team. This role is open to candidates at different levels — from apprentice through to team leader — with the right attitude and skills being our highest priority. You will work alongside experienced tradesmen on a variety of high-end projects, and for the right person, there is a clear pathway to step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a wide range of structural landscaping tasks including:
  • Paving, retaining walls, concreting, drainage, decking, turfing, and planting
  • Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and confidently
  • Work efficiently to meet project timelines while maintaining high standards
  • Assist and support team leaders and management on site
  • Represent the company professionally with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years' experience in structural landscaping (preferred, but strong applicants with less will be considered)
  • Apprentice landscapers also encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of paving, retaining walls, concreting, and general construction methods
  • White Card essential; driver's licence required
  • Cert III in Landscape Construction (or working towards it) highly regarded
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and presentable at all times
