We are Australia's largest privately owned housing maintenance company, delivering exceptional housing maintenance services nationwide through multiple construction, maintenance and aged care contract.

We are inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from experienced subcontractors for a social housing opportunity. This tender seeks maintenance services for both residential and vacant properties in the Bourke area and surrounding regions. The scope of work includes planned maintenance and general maintenance work.

Please note these are subcontractor opportunities only, not full-time or permanent employment positions. Subcontractors will operate independently, not as employees of our company. If you are interested in being considered for these projects, please submit your expression of interest detailing your experience and capabilities.

  • General Labourer
  • Gyprocking / Wall Linings
  • HVAC

The successful applicant will have:

  • Your own ABN number
  • Relevant insurances
  • Contractors/Builders Licence
  • National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
  • White Card essential
  • Current Drivers Licence and own vehicle
  • Must have own tools
