WE NEED YOU

We are seeking a full-time supervisor with experience or qualifications in gardening/property maintenance for an immediate start. Come and join a fun team with enjoyable working environment. Staff outings and team building. Local, Family run business with over 14+ Years in the industry.

MUST:

  • Have experience gardening, maintenance and appropriate tools
  • Be highly motivated
  • Follow a schedule and be able to manage a team
  • Ensure a high level of communication skills, you will be asked to engage with clients in a professional manner
  • Valid Driver's License
  • White card
  • Experience with machinery directly related to property maintenance ie; operation of boom lift, chipper, ride on mower, etc.

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Lawn Care, inclusive of ride on mowing, push mower, brush cutting
  • Gardening, inclusive of weeding, mulching & general duties
  • Weed Spraying
  • Hedge Trimming, must be able to work at height's
  • General Property Maintenance

Full Time Position, Monday – Friday.

BONUS:

$1,200.00

Job role located in the Southern Highlands.
