We are looking for a hands on full-time property maintenance manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of 30+ properties in the Sydney city area, which make up our short-term accommodation business.

They will be responsible for maintaining and fixing damages that occur to the properties, whilst scheduling in our other part-time maintenance people and tradespeople for bigger problems and maintenance.

The position requires you to be very good at using tools and fixing a wide range of common households issues and problems. We are looking for people with clear trade experience, and someone who sees themselves as a jack of all trades. A usual day might involve fixing a busted shower head, patching a hole in the wall, then installing some blinds.

Maintenance issues often occur when guests are staying our properties, so the person needs to be good at scheduling, time management and communication, which we have online software to assist with, so you must have basic skills with technology.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
