Credit Assessor – Sydney CBD (hybrid available for the right candidate)

This isn't your standard "tick the boxes and move on" gig.

We're a fast-growing non-bank with big ambitions — and we're looking for A Players who can assess deals with confidence, think commercially, and back their judgement.

What you'll be doing:

Complete accurate, compliant credit assessments for home loans and commercial loans

Order and approve loan documents — fast (think hours, not days)

Work directly with brokers (yes, actual conversations) to get deals across the line

Manage applications through to settlement, keeping everyone in the loop

Help us deliver on our mission of zero losses and sky-high NPS

What experience you'll need:

5+ years credit assessment experience, including at least 12 months non-bank credit experience (non-negotiable)

Strong broker-facing experience — confident in picking up the phone

Alt doc & full doc expertise

Sharp judgement, commercial mindset, and ability to make credit calls independently.
