It's a fun and exciting time to join ING. We have multiple **Credit Assessor** roles available to join our growing Customer Operations Department.

You'll be in your element in this role if your ideal day includes providing outstanding customer service to ING Customers and Brokers, resolving loan enquiries, appeals or complaints in a timely manner.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Specialising in credit/risk analysis, customer segmentation, conveyancing and banking processes
- Upholding ING policies and procedures (including ING's underwriting guidelines, compliance and risk) to avoid unacceptable operational risk

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Previously held a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA) of at least $1m in a Residential or Commercial setting or $60k within a Consumer/Retail finance setting
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of lending practices including policy, valuations, mortgage insurance, procedures and banking regulatory requirements
- Strong mathematical and statistical analysis aptitude
- 2+ years of recent experience in the finance industry in residential mortgages assessment
- A passion for strong customer service ethics and is delivery focused
