Forcast is looking for an experienced and motivated Production Coordinator (Full -Time) to join our passionate and creative Design Team based in Chipping Norton, NSW.

With over 30 boutiques across Australia, Forcast is a contemporary Australian owned women's fashion label. Established in 1992, the proudly Australian owned Forcast group has grown to become one of the leading and growing fashion omni-channel retailer in Australia where we design, manufacture, wholesale and retail on-trend women's clothing locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Supporting the Design Team with coordinating end-to-end production, buying, and listing of the brand's main product line (women's apparel) including liaising with suppliers
  • Supporting the buyer in all aspects of administration including, but not limited to, managing orders, sample packs and ranging information, and tracking supply chain schedules
  • Assist in monitoring market trends aligned to the Forcast customer and putting forward recommendations to develop a successful range
  • Coordinating with other teams and departments regarding product deliveries, retail price and provision of samples and conducting QC on bulk
  • Organising release dates and distribution lists for accessories based on style and sales trend in stores and ensuring all product shots are ready for prompt release

To be successful, you may have the following qualities:

  • At least 1 years' experience in a similar role (Buying, Production Assistant or Product Development)
  • Good organisational and planning skills with an attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player willing to collaborate within own team and different teams
  • Proficient with MS Office particularly Excel
  • Experience using Apparel 21 (AP21)
