Due to a growing online presence, we are looking for an experienced ICT Help Desk/Support Officerto be a part of our dynamic workplace. This is a full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable person.

**Duties and Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support in relation to the installation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
- Respond to inquiries from other departments and stakeholders about software and hardware problems. Liaise with the software development team where required.
- Assist in the maintenance of our website and online shopping platform.
- Perform diagnostic and solving technical problems and issues, such as troubleshooting.
- Repair, install, and/or replace equipment such as computer hardware, printers, terminals, and modems.

**Experience**
- Holds at least a diploma that is commensurate to the skill level of the occupation, or, alternatively
- Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

**Skills required**:

- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Reliable and motivated.
- Good team player, but also able to solve problems independently where required.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.

**Salary**: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum plus superannuation

You must be an **Australian citizen** or **permanent resident** to apply.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chipping Norton, NSW 2170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- ICT Help Desk: 3 years (preferred)
