The Opportunity

We are seeking a
proactive and solutions-focused
Accommodation and Building Management Officer (Regional) to coordinate facilities management and housing services for DTMI's regional operations.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Coordinate facilities management
    for all regional owned and leased buildings, ensuring maintenance and upgrades are delivered effectively.
  • Manage housing services
    under the Government Regional Officers Housing (GROH) portfolio, including the Home Ownership Subsidy Scheme (HOSS).
  • Lead project support
    for capital works, refurbishments, fit-outs, and minor works programs, ensuring strategic and sustainable outcomes.
  • Advise on budgetary and compliance matters
    , including Occupational Health and Safety requirements and sustainability initiatives.
  • Engage and negotiate
    with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality services across regional WA.

  • Proven expertise
    in facilities and housing management, with strong project coordination skills.
  • Sound knowledge
    of Occupational Health and Safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement
    and negotiation abilities to build effective relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    , with the ability to deliver outcomes under pressure.
