BUILDING MAINTENANCE OFFICER REQUIRED (FULL-TIME)

What you'll be doing:

You will join our well-established crew of multi-skilled trades conducting maintenance activities on local commercial buildings and projects in the Perth metro area, including:

  • Government infrastructure projects, hotel refurbishments, hospital upgrades, healthcare/education facility renovations, stadiums and retail buildings

We invest in individual training plans for each employee to increase their skills and capabilities.

What you'll bring to our team:

  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Trade Certificate in Carpentry

  • Previous experience in:

  • General building maintenance & carpentry

  • Painting
  • Tiling
  • Plasterboard repairs & flushing
  • Minor plaster & concrete repairs
  • Downpipe & gutter repairs
  • Assessing & repairing roof leaks
  • Manual Driver's Licence
  • White Card
  • National Police Clearance or ability to obtain
  • Solid understanding of safety
  • Strong communicator, self-starter & problem-solver
  • Ability to work night shift work as required for specific projects
  • A genuine passion for your trade
