About the Opportunity

We're growing — and with that growth comes opportunity. We're expanding our Customer Service team and recruiting for multiple roles as we build a dynamic function designed around two key areas:

  • Sales Support – Providing quotes, processing orders, handling enquiries, and being the first point of contact for our builder accounts.
  • After-Sales Service – Coordinating warranty claims, scheduling technicians, organising replacement parts, and supporting customers after delivery.

Whether you're more excited by helping customers at the start of their journey, solving challenges after installation, or doing a bit of both — we want to hear from you.

Role assignments will be based on your preferences and interests, allowing you to focus on sales support, after-sales service, or both areas.

About You

We're looking for proactive, organised and customer-focused people who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You might already have experience in internal sales, customer service, or after-sales coordination — or you might simply have the right attitude and the willingness to learn.

A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required for this position.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

You'll bring:

  • Strong communication skills and a professional, solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders, quotes, or service requests.
  • Confidence using computer systems and entering data accurately (experience with V6, Filemaker, or Cantor is a bonus).
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset and genuine desire to help customers.
  • A calm, proactive approach when resolving issues or handling warranty claims.
