Role Purpose

To lead and optimise paid performance marketing across all major platforms — owning Meta, TikTok, and managing our Google Ads supplier. This role is equal parts strategic, hands-on, and experimental. You'll drive campaigns, test new channels, enhance CRO, track performance, and help us unlock opportunities across the marketing funnel.

You'll work alongside our Head of Marketing, Campaign Lead, and content team to ensure every dollar of spend drives quality traffic, conversion, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Own all internally managed ad platforms: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn (and emerging channels like Spotify)
  • Manage our external Google Ads agency, support them and hold them accountable to performance
  • Plan, build, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across the funnel
  • Write and produce ad creative in collaboration with the content and design team

Landing Pages, CRO & Funnel Optimisation

  • Own performance of key lead-gen assets including landing pages, Hubspot forms and tracking
  • Partner with the wider team to implement CRO experiments and tests
  • Set up, test, and report on conversion-focused experiments (copy, structure, UX, etc.)

Performance Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Produce monthly performance reports with clear insights, actions, and recommendations
  • Track and analyse key performance metrics (CPL, ROAS, funnel conversion rates)
  • Spot trends, diagnose drop-offs, and continuously refine the media mix

Collaboration & Continuous Growth

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to align paid strategy with business goals
  • Collaborate with sales and campaign leads to support pipeline growth
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and new opportunities
  • Contribute to the evolution of our full-funnel strategy across three growing brands

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Deep passion for results and keen to make an impact. Has grit and determination, while getting a kick out of continually improving.
  • 4+ years experience in performance marketing or paid media roles
  • Strong command of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise performance campaigns end-to-end
  • Comfortable creating ad copy and assets in partnership with design/content teams
  • Data-driven mindset with sharp analytical skills — you see stories in spreadsheets
  • Understanding of lead funnels, digital journeys, and conversion-focused design
  • Familiarity with CRO principles, A/B testing, and UX best practices

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience using WordPress CMS
  • Hands-on familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation tools
  • Working knowledge of automation workflows and lead scoring
  • Experience working with property, finance, or service-based businesses
