About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with some experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field for this entry-level position. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to build their careers in performance marketing within a supportive agency environment.

You'll work alongside Performance Marketing Strategists & Specialists, supporting the delivery of client campaigns across various digital platforms while developing your skills in SEO, SEM, Paid Social, and analytics.

Your key responsibilities:

• Supporting the delivery of allocated tasks within budgeted hours across SEO, SEM, and Paid Social campaigns
• Assisting with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Participating in planning workshops and client meetings in a supporting capacity.
• Conducting keyword research, audits, and preparing performance recommendations
• Preparing reports and dashboards with data-driven insights and observations
• Contributing to campaign strategy through research and discovery tasks
• Supporting client communications, reports, and presentations

Skills you'll possess

:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data
• Exposure to Google Ads through study, certification, or prior experience
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog)
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and/or Looker Studio
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising dashboards
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

• Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, App)
• Meta certifications

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary, but we're open to discussing flexible arrangements for the right candidate.

This role is based in our Perth CBD office. We pride ourselves on our hybrid and flexible working model, but culture is essential to us, so you must be able to work from our office most days each week.
