Corinda State High School is searching for an engaging and friendly Enrolment Officer who is passionate about supporting our students.

As the Enrolment Officer, you will work as part of a team to liaise between families and the school, respond to enrolment queries, and provide support to our Enrolment Deputy Principal as we implement our School Enrolment Management Plan.

Corinda State High School is one of Brisbane's leading state high schools, located in the western suburbs of Brisbane, and provides a traditional Year 7 to 12 coeducational experience.

Corinda State High School is seeking an organised and approachable Enrolments Officer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Manage the school's enrolment processes and respond to enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate student records and administration systems.
  • Support the Enrolment Deputy Principal and Business Manager with data analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate enrolment interviews and assist with onboarding new students.

About You:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience in administration or data management.
  • A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
