As the hints of spring start to fill the air, we're looking to grow our team at Magic Mountain Saloon. As such we're on the hunt for passionate and experienced bartenders and floor staff to bring extra energy to the season ahead.

Located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, our venue blends Thai-inspired dining, bold cocktails, and a vibrant late-night atmosphere. From a carefully curated wine list to inventive drinks and craft beers, we deliver a dining and drinking experience as exciting as the food itself.

What We're Looking For

We want enthusiastic, skilled individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the buzz of a busy service. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Minimum 2–3 years' hospitality experience (bartending or floor service).
  • Confidence in delivering top-level service, even during peak times.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
  • For bartenders: cocktail knowledge, speed, and consistency.
  • For floor staff: confidence on the floor, attention to detail, and genuine guest focus.
