Marnong Estate is looking for experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Bartenders to be the face of our venue. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating memorable guest experiences, and have a positive can-do attitude – we want you on our team

We are currently looking for an experienced and professional Bartender to join our team. We are seeking an outstanding individual to join us in delivering unparalleled customer service that consistently exceeds expectations. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing warm, attentive, and personalised service that delights our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and serving an array of carefully crafted cocktails and mocktails.
  • Engaging with customers and providing a friendly, upbeat experience.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Restocking and replenishing bar inventory as needed.
  • Maintaining high standards for both customer service and safety.
  • Ability to create classic and signature cocktails, and have a deep knowledge of bar drinks and techniques.
  • Be driven to create unforgettable drinks for the guests always going above and beyond expectations.
  • Barista skills are a bonus.
  • Ability to work the floor serving guests when required.
  • Compliance to Liquor License and RSA requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous proven bar experience is essential.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to make each customer feel special.
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Passion for food, wine, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests.
  • Ability to work across a seven day roster including Public Holidays.
