About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and capableBartender to join our front-of-house team. You'll bring solid bar experience, great presentation, and a strong understanding of cocktails, wine, and customer service.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages to a high standard
- Set up and maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory and bar prep
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
- Work collaboratively with the FOH and kitchen teams during service
What You Bring
- Previous bartending experience in a quality venue
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
- High level of personal presentation and communication
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
What We Offer
- Competitive salary:$65,000–$75,000 pro-rata + super (depending on experience) + tips
