About the Role

As a bartender at Sanctum HQ, you'll create and serve outstanding hot and cold beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. You will engage guests thoughtfully and professionally, ensuring every interaction is memorable.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, including classic cocktails, specialty coffees, and curated non-alcoholic options.
  • Deliver excellent service, establishing genuine rapport with guests and making every visit special.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to create seamless, elevated experiences.
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism, especially when serving high-profile or VIP guests.
  • Assist with bar setup, stock management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively as a valued member of the team.

About You

  • Experience as a bartender in premium hospitality or events environments.
  • Comprehensive beverage knowledge—cocktails, spirits, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings.
  • Confident communicator with a talent for guest engagement.
  • Proactive, reliable, and discreet in all interactions.
  • RSA certification and availability for evening, weekend and public holiday shifts.
  • Valid work rights in Australia.
