The Role

As Digital Platform Lead, you'll own the vision, technical design, and delivery of a complex global website platform. You'll work closely with marketing, IT, and external vendors to deliver a site that is secure, reliable, and continuously improving.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and delivering the long-term website technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Overseeing the platform's architecture, operations, and integrations.
  • Managing upgrades, patching, testing, and disaster recovery.
  • Leading DevOps sprint cycles to balance commercial and technical priorities.
  • Acting as the technical escalation point for all website-related issues.
  • Providing input on new digital solutions and infrastructure projects.
About You

You're a technically capable leader who thrives on cross-functional collaboration. You combine deep technical expertise with strong communication and commercial awareness.

You'll bring:

  • Expertise in Sitecore architecture and content management.
  • Technical skills in NextJs, Node, .NET, C#, and SQL.
  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
  • A strong track record in platform security, testing, and resilience.
  • The ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
