The Role: Join a growing team of Business Analysts and bridge the gap between clinicians, management & IT to support essential front-line clinical applications. You'll utilise your technical expertise to gather requirements, document, configure & troubleshoot to meet user requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with clinicians, managers, and IT.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Healthcare industry experience, preferably in a frontline healthcare setting.
  • Basic SQL knowledge would be desirable.
  • HL7 knowledge and/or exposure to EMR/EHR systems.
