Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) and Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer. AGPAL is the leading provider of accreditation and related quality improvement services to general practices in Australia.  AGPAL's subsidiary organisation Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) delivers comprehensive accreditation and support services across the health and human service continuum.

About the role

The primary role of the position is to provide administration support to AGPAL and QIP Operations and the General Manager. This position will report directly to the General Manager, Operations.

The Role

The Key Deliverables of role are:

  • Prepare and send accreditation packs to clients as advised by the teams.
  • Maintain a general understanding of accreditation programs and complete allocated tasks under the guidance of senior staff to support accreditation processes.
  • Effective communication and telephone support to overflow phone calls from clients and stakeholders during peak periods or as requested.

About you

  • Previous experience in administrative roles.
  • The ability to work in a team environment or autonomously, when required.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, adhere to deadlines and timeframes, have attention to detail, follow through and accept responsibility.
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of Microsoft Office products including outlook, word, excel and power point.
