Lodge Administration Officer – Permanent Part Time – 3 days per week (flexible on days)

Banksia Villages is currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Lodge Administration Officer to join our team.
This role is based at our Residential Aged Care Facility in Broulee, on the stunning NSW South Coast.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll coordinate enquiries and admissions for both permanent and respite care, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to person-centered care.
With your strong communication skills and attention to detail, you'll help to create a smooth, supportive, and welcoming experience for every resident and their loved ones.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Oversee and maintain permanent and respite enquiry and occupancy registers.
• Respond to care navigator and respite enquiries in line with policy and procedure.
• Coordinate respite admissions, including documentation, financial details, and communication with the clinical team.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents and families.
• Assist with monthly Medicare claim preparation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and via email.
• Support administrative operations
• Assist with reception, rostering, documentation and general office duties.
• Using your strong IT and software skills to contribute to ongoing improvements in our systems and processes.
