Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and creative
Lifestyle & Wellbeing Officer
to join our team in Griffith, NSW. In this on-site role, you'll plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging activities that promote residents' physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing. From group programs to one-on-one support, you'll help residents stay active, connected, and confident—ensuring every activity aligns with their care plans and personal interests.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Leisure and Health (or equivalent qualification).
  • Experience planning and delivering lifestyle or recreational programs (aged care or community care experience highly regarded).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Empathy, patience, and genuine commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life.
  • Organisational skills to balance planning, reporting, and activity delivery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

  • Evidence of
    up-to-date vaccinations
    , including those required for working with vulnerable people (e.g. influenza and COVID-19).
  • First Aid and CPR certification (desirable).
