At Strata Community Insurance (SCI), we're on a mission to champion better, brighter strata communities. We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our Data & Technology Solutions (DTS) team on a 12-month contract, based in Sydney.

As a Delivery Manager, you'll:

-Lead cross-functional squads to deliver high-value data, technology, and AI initiatives.

-Take ownership of specific systems, integrations, and AI/data enablement.

-Partner with vendors and specialists to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.

-Drive delivery excellence through agile practices, compliance, and risk management.

-Challenge the norm with innovative, scalable solution design.

What we're looking for:

-7+ years in delivery management, program, or transformation leadership roles with proven results.

-Strong experience with agile methodologies & delivery governance (SAFe, Scrum Master, PMP or equivalent).

-Expertise across systems, data, AI/ML enablement, and vendor engagement.

-Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS365, SharePoint, Copilot, and Claude (or equivalent).

-A balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
