Business Analysts (2 Roles) – 4 Month Contract

We are seeking two talented Business Analysts to join our project team on a 4-month contract. These roles offer the opportunity to work on exciting transformation initiatives, providing insights, mapping processes, and enabling better business outcomes.

Role 1: Business Analyst – Data & Process Focus

In this role, you will:

  • Lead requirements gathering and documentation across data-driven projects.
  • Map and analyse existing processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, governance, and reporting standards are embedded.
  • Support process automation and optimisation initiatives.

You will bring:

  • Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and process mapping.
  • Experience in identifying gaps and translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Confidence in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.

Role 2: Business Analyst – Commercial Process Focus

In this role, you will:

  • Work across commercial functions to map, analyse, and improve business processes.
  • Partner with operations, finance, and sales teams to identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Support the design and implementation of new commercial processes and workflows.
  • Ensure business requirements are captured and aligned to overall project outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in commercial and operational process analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear process and system requirements.
