We're now looking for a commercially astute Pricing & Margin Analyst to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind unlocking margin opportunities, embedding pricing discipline, and enabling smarter commercial decisions across our brands, customers, channels, and products.

About the Role

Reporting to the
Head of Commercial Finance
, you'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandise, and Operations to ensure our pricing strategies deliver the right balance between volume and profitability. You'll use your analytical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to influence to help shape our pricing frameworks, improve margin performance, and drive better decision-making at every level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pricing Strategy & Execution
  – Own the pricing architecture, analyse pricing and discount structures, and support new product and channel launches.
• Margin Optimisation
  – Identify margin leakage, build price elasticity models, and recommend actions to improve contribution margins.
• Analysis & Reporting
  – Deliver insightful margin models, dashboards, and KPI reporting to guide commercial decisions.
• Governance & Controls
  – Maintain pricing compliance, transparency, and robust audit trails.
• Collaboration
  – Partner with key stakeholders to align pricing execution with business strategy.

What You'll Bring:

• 8+ years in a senior Commercial / Finance role with a strong focus on pricing and margin analysis.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG or Wholesale industries.
• CPA/CA qualified, with exceptional analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities, with a proven track record of shaping commercial outcomes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/pricing systems.
