The primary role of this position is to provide strategic and operational business support for CFEP Surveys' continuing digital transformation program, with a primary focus on Digital Transformation Project deliverables and outcomes. This role is responsible for gathering, managing, and refining business requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and supporting the successful delivery of digital transformation outcomes.
Key deliverables of the role:
- Clear, prioritised, and agreed-upon story log and backlog for relevant Digital Transformation Phases.
- Documented requirements and process maps for relevant digital transformation components.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Story, development, UAT and handover documentation and signed-off outcomes.
- Continuous improvement recommendations for Digital Transformation Project deliverables.
Knowledge and skills required:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation, software development, or similar technology-driven projects.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story creation.
- Experience managing product backlogs in agile environments (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of healthcare, survey, or data-driven business processes.
- Familiarity with CFEP Surveys' products, services, and digital transformation deliverables
- Experience in change management and user training.
