Lead / Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Business Analyst to support a program of work across digital transformation projects that include Salesforce, to enhance processes, engagement and customer self-service.

  • Contract role initially to 30th June 2026
  • Large government program of work
  • Onsite/hybrid role, Brisbane CBD

This role is for an experienced Lead or highly Senior level Business Analyst to join a government organisation currently undergoing a large digital transformation. This role will involve being the key Business Analyst across a program of projects involving Salesforce, focused on digitising processes, boosting digital engagement and customer self-service capabilities. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that these projects meet user needs, align with business objectives, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

DUTIES

  • Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify current and future-state needs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for design and development teams.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with project managers, UX designers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

YOU

  • Lead or Senior level BA experienced in digital transformation
  • Managed large programs of work for government organisations
  • Salesforce project experience
  • Experience working with digital forms platforms or customer-facing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques (eg; process mapping, user stories, wireframes).
  • Ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Proficiency in Jira or other Agile project management tools
