We’re urgently seeking 4 talented marketing professionals to join the in-house Marketing & Brand team on 12-month full-time contracts (with potential extensions). These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to high-impact communications and creative projects that promote inclusion and social change.

Roles Available:

Marketing Officers (x2)
Drive end-to-end delivery of behaviour change and awareness campaigns that support the Agency’s strategic objectives. You’ll:

- Develop and implement integrated campaign plans, ensuring content is on-brand and accessible.
- Coordinate marketing logistics: sourcing and briefing suppliers, managing contracts and budgets.
- Conduct desktop research and use internal insights to inform creative direction and campaign strategy.
- Draft high-quality written content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance and spend.
- Build relationships across internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful campaign delivery.

This role suits marketing and communications professionals with experience managing campaigns in government or sectors with a community/minority group focus.

Graphic Designer (x1)
Use your creative skills to bring participant stories and Agency messages to life. You’ll:

- Design a wide range of engaging, brand-aligned content including reports, brochures, icons, templates, and social media assets.
- Champion creative consistency across digital and print, ensuring all materials meet accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Collaborate across teams to improve creative processes, tools, and templates.
- Provide expert design advice and ensure brand integrity across all outputs.
- Leverage high-level Adobe Creative Suite skills—especially InDesign—plus Microsoft Office to deliver impactful communications.

Ideal for an experienced graphic designer with a flair for accessible and inclusive design and a passion for creative problem-solving.

Brand Officer (x1)
Help protect and strengthen the Agency’s brand identity across all communication channels. You’ll:

- Support brand governance by maintaining brand guidelines, managing trademark compliance, and auditing brand use.
- Help manage and improve the Agency’s digital asset management system.
- Coordinate participant photoshoots and liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Triage the marketing inbox, support day-to-day admin, and track brand misuse reports.
- Foster visual consistency across touchpoints such as social, web, UX, print and provider communications.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with branding, marketing or policy experience and an understanding of trademark or brand compliance processes.

You’ll Bring:

- Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, communications, PR design or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in your chosen field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination capabilities.
- For design roles: proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential), plus knowledge of accessibility and user-centred design.

You must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to obtain a National Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and other clearances as required.

Location: Geelong VIC
Rate: $55 per hour + super
Term: 12-month contracts
