The Opportunity

Are you studying marketing or just starting out in your career? This role is a great way to gain real experience in a supportive team environment. As our Digital Marketing Assistant, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing our content to life across social, web, and intranet channels. You'll get to work on a variety of tasks, learn from experienced marketers, and build skills that will set you up for the future.

What you'll do

●     Publish engaging organic social posts across our brand accounts

●     Monitor comments and messages, escalating where needed

●     Update website pages and intranet stories with accurate, timely content

●     Assist with EDM copywriting and builds under guidance

●     Support limited paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager

●     Maintain our content calendar and keep tasks organised and on track

●     Apply simple SEO best practices (eg. meta updates, page hygiene)

●     Create or adapt simple social assets and HTML ads in line with brand guidelines

What you'll bring

●     Studies in Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience

●     Strong written communication and eye for detail

●     Good organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

●     Working knowledge of social platforms and basic editing skills (image/video)

●     Familiarity with CMS or email tools (desirable but not essential)

●     A proactive, collaborative approach and eagerness to learn
