A high performing global advisory platform to appoint an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate I in their growing Sydney office.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team with strong cross-border M&A activity and a focus on clients across the General Industrials and Financial Sponsors sectors.

You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of public and private M&A transactions, working closely with experienced dealmakers and senior leadership across the global platform. The role offers an excellent pathway for career growth, with direct client interaction and high-quality deal execution experience.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Demonstrated experience in Public M&A, ideally from a Bulge Bracket, Independent Advisory, or elite boutiques.

  • Strong academic credentials

  • A desire to build a long-term career in investment banking
