Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic financial advisory team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions across various industries. You will collaborate closely with senior bankers and clients to develop financial analyses, prepare presentation materials, and contribute to the execution of complex financial deals that shape corporate strategy and growth.

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will be responsible for building detailed financial models, performing company valuations, and conducting comprehensive industry and market research. You will help assess business performance, identify strategic opportunities, and develop insights that inform key client recommendations. Your work will involve analyzing financial statements, creating pitch books, and supporting transaction processes from initial due diligence through final execution.

You will also assist in preparing investment memoranda, transaction documentation, and other materials for client meetings and internal reviews. The role requires precision, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to think critically under pressure. A strong understanding of financial principles and a passion for capital markets are essential, as you will contribute directly to decision-making processes that impact clients' strategic and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive materials for clients and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with capital markets, investment strategies, and transaction processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical rigor.
  • High degree of initiative, reliability, and organizational skill in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
