We are working with a leading independent advisory firm that provides strategic M&A, capital raising and debt advice to businesses across sectors ranging from general industrials and financial sponsors to real assets. Their clients range from founder-led and privately owned businesses and startups to PE backed companies and ASX-listed organisations.

They are all looking to hire at the Analyst or Associate level to join their Sydney-based team. You will support the wider team across due diligence, financial modelling and valuation, data room management, preparation of pitch materials, client interaction, and deal execution.

Candidates must have prior end-to-end M&A deal experience from another investment bank, independent/boutique advisory firm or corporate. You must also have strong financial modelling and financial analysis skills. You will receive strong support and mentoring from the wider team with experienced leadership.

This is an excellent opportunity to a join high-performing team with strong deal flow. You will gain hands-on deal experience, mentorship from senior bankers, and exposure to some of the most exciting companies and transactions.
