Relief Caravan Park Caretaker Couple

Are you passionate about hospitality, enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, and love the outdoors? We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Relief Caravan Park Caretaker Couple to manage the day-to-day operations of our park and ensure guests have a safe, clean, and welcoming experience on a fortnightly basis in addition to extended leave periods.

These positions are suited to allrounders, that are flexible and happy to work in with the team to ensure our park is maintained to the highest quality standard for our guests. You will be responsible for:

• Managing guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs;
• Providing high-quality customer service and local area information;
• Cleaning and maintaining cabins, on-site accommodation, amenities, laundry, and communal areas;
• Maintaining grounds including lawns, gardens, and rubbish collection;
• Enforcing park rules including noise curfews and safety regulations;
• Handling  basic maintenance tasks and report larger issues;
• Managing inventory and supplies;
• Maintaining accurate records of bookings and payments; and
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards

The successful applicants will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience in a similar environment;
• Current Drivers Licence;
• Friendly, helpful and patient disposition;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Basic maintenance and gardening skills;
• Ability to work independently and take initiative;
• Intermediate computer skills with experience in RMS beneficial;
• Enjoy practical and manual activities;
• Sound cash handling and record-keeping abilities;
