About the Role

We are seeking a
Senior Test Analyst
with strong end-to-end testing expertise and hands-on experience across both
manual and automation testing
. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Agile environment and work on complex, integration-heavy systems within the
banking domain
.

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of enterprise applications through rigorous testing, defect management, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end testing across multiple systems, applications, and databases.
  • Design, develop, and execute
    manual and automated test cases
    .
  • Build or enhance existing
    testing frameworks
    to improve test coverage and efficiency.
  • Conduct
    integration, system, application-based, API, database, and data validation testing
    .
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive
    test artefacts
    – including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Validate
    reports and data accuracy
    as part of test cycles.
  • Create and manage test data aligned with business and technical scenarios.

Skills & Experience

  • 6–7 years of end-to-end testing experience, with strong integration testing exposure.
  • Proficient in both
    manual and automation testing
    .
  • Strong experience with
    database testing
    ,
    data validation
    , and
    report verification
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    API (APT) testing
    .
  • Proven ability to create, maintain, and uplift testing artefacts and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within an
    Agile delivery model
    .
  • Banking or financial services domain experience
    is highly desirable.
