SuccessFactor Systems Analyst

Our client, in the resources industry, is seeking a SuccessFactors Systems Analyst to join their team. This is an initial 12-month contract where you'll play a key role in strengthening in-house capability.
In this role, you'll act as an internal SuccessFactors Analyst, providing technical expertise, system support, and input into ongoing configuration and improvement activities. You will work closely with HR and payroll teams to ensure smooth operation of monthly payroll build activities and support the evolution of the SuccessFactors environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support and coordinate monthly payroll build activities within SuccessFactors.
- Provide system support, troubleshooting, and configuration input across HR modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify improvements and ensure system stability.
- Act as an internal service provider and knowledge holder, supporting HR and IT functions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of SuccessFactors processes, integrations, and reporting.
What You'll Bring
You will ideally bring experience in SuccessFactors and an interest in building deeper technical and functional expertise.
- Have hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (particularly Employee Central or Payroll).
- Have acted as a system superuser, or analyst in HR systems.
- Are eager to grow into a consulting or configuration role, with mentoring and development support.
- Bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, and enjoy working collaboratively across teams.
