Carnival Corporation & plc is hiring a Port Administrator to join our Port Operations Team. This full time, permanent position is based in the Chatswood head office and reports directly to the Senior Director of Port Operations. In this role you will focus on the day to day management of our E-Commerce Application whilst driving improvements through system enhancements, reporting, and data analysis. You'll play at key role in maximising operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Day to day management of the E-Commerce Application (MXP) and creation of various reports relating to budgets and invoices
  • Processing all Port Operations invoices and act as a first point of contact for all port partners invoice enquiries
  • Planning and organisation of updates to port tariffs and expenses relating to changes in voyage deployment
  • Preparation of ad hoc reports and projects such as vendor contract renewal schedules and updating of vendor information

Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data, anticipate challenges and implement practical solutions to support operational goals. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you're able to engage confidently across all teams and stakeholders.

To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated:

  • 2-3 years business administration experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically excel
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Superior communication skills
  • Experience in analysing and resolving issues independently
  • Exposure to E-Commerce systems
