What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Lead and supervise land management operations across designated Defence estates.
- Coordinate vegetation control, firebreak maintenance, and pest management activities.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and Defence standards.
- Manage contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Support planning and reporting functions related to land upkeep.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in land management, horticulture, or environmental services.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of WHS and environmental compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage contractors and deliver outcomes within budget and timeframes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
