Promised Land Stud is a family-owned Angus beef stud, macadamia orchard, and private enterprise located in the heart of the Promised Land. Our mission is to regenerate the land, enhance biodiversity, and establish long-term, sustainable land practices that leave a positive legacy for future generations.

About the Role

If you're happiest with dirt under your nails, fresh air in your lungs, and a forest at your back, this role is for you. We're looking for a tree hugger at heart to lead the transformation of an existing farm into a thriving native landscape. This hands-on, field-based position combines ecological vision with practical land care.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead land regeneration and revegetation projects


• Planting, weed control, land management, and habitat enhancement


• Monitor and maintain the health of revegetated areas


• Manage project resources (equipment, plant stock, materials)


• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices


• Engage with local stakeholders and the community

Skills & Experience


• Practical experience in land management, ecological restoration, or conservation


• Knowledge of native plant species, revegetation, and habitat restoration


• Physical fitness for hands-on outdoor tasks


• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills


• Self-motivated with a commitment to long-term ecological outcomes

Preferred: Tertiary qualification in environmental science, horticulture, forestry, or related fields, and experience in rural or farmland projects.
