  • Monday to Friday 6am–2pm + overtime as required

The Opportunity
Join Cleanaway and take the lead in maintaining one of our largest organics processing facilities, operating on a 24/7 production schedule. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to manage a team of fitters and ensure smooth day-to-day maintenance operations at our Eastern Creek site.

  • Lead and supervise a team of 7 fitters responsible for fixed plant maintenance
  • Develop and coordinate daily maintenance plans in collaboration with the Maintenance Planner
  • Oversee purchasing of consumables and inventory parts
  • Allocate resources and manage workloads to meet operational demands
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
  • Liaise with stakeholders across operations, electrical, and engineering teams

About You

  • Proven supervisory experience within a large industrial or processing facility
  • Relevant trade or technical qualification (e.g. Fitter, Boilermaker, or Engineering background)
  • Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipment
  • Strong computer skills (experience using JDE and Coupa systems is a plus)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong safety focus and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
