We have completed many development projects across Perth, and we are Keystart and NDIS Registered Award-Winning Builder. We focus on residential single storey & double storey boutique homes, multi-unit and apartments construction.

**Skills and experience**:

- At least 2+ years’ experience
- A level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification.
- Extremely high attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent time management skills - prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, process high volume transactions and act with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion, combined with the ability to work in a co-operative manner with others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal, phone and written correspondence

**Key attributes for this role include**:

- Researching and providing advice on the administration and use of land and property, urban planning and policies for market development
- Providing asset management services for the administration and use of land and property
- Providing advice on land and property financing and valuation matters
- Evaluate land for the development of residential, industrial and commercial office property assets and/or the acquisition and management of existing income-producing assets
- Calculating values by considering market demand, condition of items, future trends and other factors
- Determining the market value of property based on demand, location, land improvements and trends
- Developing sales and leasing proposals for residential/commercial land and property
- Analysing land and property investment and manage land and property portfolios
- Giving evidence in legal proceedings, mediating on valuation matters and providing rental determinations for arbitration purposes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $96,500.00 per year
