Administration & Customer Service (Furniture & Interiors)

Create Estate is a leading designer and manufacturer of high-end, hand crafted beds and furniture with our manufacturing facility in Warana and the office in Maroochydore.

We're looking for someone three days per week to start in an Administration and Customer Support role. This role has the potential move to full time in the near future.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team of creatives in supporting a brand that's become a standout name in the interiors industry.

You will take help with the day-to-day facilitation of the below:

Responsibilities

  • Trade accounts & wholesale: Manage relationships with trade clients (designers, builders, hotels), including end to end sales and order requirements.
  • Quoting & proposals: Prepare and send accurate quotations, proposals, and product information tailored to the customer's needs.
  • Order management: Guide customers through the purchasing process, confirm details (sizes, fabrics, finishes), and ensure all requirements are captured correctly for production.
  • Communication & updates: Be the main point of contact for customers, providing updates on order status, lead times, and delivery.
  • Problem solving: Handle enquiries, complaints, or issues (e.g. delivery delays, damages, warranty claims) in a professional and timely way.
  • Coordination with production: Liaise between the factory and the customer to ensure manufacturing specifications match what was sold.
  • Other tasks may involve stock ordering, booking couriers, processing payroll and BAS (if experience permits), and inventory management.

Experience with Shopify is highly desired.
