**About the Role**

We are seeking for a passionate and motivated team member to join our dynamic team as **Branch Customer Service** based in **Warana, Queensland**.

If you are a fast learner, enjoy multitasking and meeting people with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, then this role will provide you with immense opportunity for a rewarding career.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Administration, accurate and timely data entry
- Handling customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Managing the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Build strong, professional relation with both internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in an administration role will be an added advantage

Ideally, we are seeking for a team player with strong customer focus, who can work autonomously, willing to take on new tasks in supporting the office and warehouse operations during busy periods.
