As a Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality outcomes across multiple sites within the School Cleaning portfolio. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will lead operational success, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded while fostering a high-performance, safety-focused culture.

As a Client Services Manager, you'll make a positive impact by:

  • Building strong stakeholder relationships to achieve business goals
  • Coaching teams to ensure sustainable service and safety performance
  • Fostering continuous improvement through innovation and feedback
  • Delivering operational efficiency and meeting budgeted outcomes

  • 2+ years of experience managing multi-site portfolios or services
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Leadership experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating across functions
  • Relevant industry experience
