We're now looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our Adelaide team — someone who's organised, proactive, and great at building relationships with clients and trades.


About the Role

This role sits at the heart of our operations. You'll coordinate day-to-day maintenance projects, ensuring smooth communication between our tradespeople, clients, and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating responsive and programmed maintenance works
  • Liaising with clients, tradespeople, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
  • Managing work orders, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Supporting site operations with scheduling, quoting, and reporting
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with trades and suppliers
  • Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to Just Focus standards

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within building, maintenance, or construction
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple jobs and priorities
  • Experience working with trades across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Established network of reliable trades and suppliers (advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel across South Australia as needed
  • A can-do attitude and commitment to quality outcomes
