About the Role
The Contracts Administrator is responsible for providing administration support across the Rivergum Projects division. This role will see you be responsible for contract preparation, administration, updating property tracking spreadsheets/CRM, liaising with external sales agents and managing the deposits process.
- Pre-construction customer care inbox monitoring and response
- Create and maintain property files
- Contracts preparation and administration (land and build), assist in preparing and updating legal documents
- Finance administration (managing deposits)
- Administration support to Development Managers
- Liaise with consultants to get project updates, obtain information required and ensure documentation up to date
- Property tracker coordination and updating
- Planning lodgements for dwellings on detached lots for small to medium sized projects
- Coordinating and contributing to project meetings
- Assist the Managers with preparation of detailed reports, agendas and minutes for meetings as required
Who We Are Looking For
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of contract administration. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills to the table.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- 3–5 years' experience in a similar role within construction, project delivery, or property development/management
- Holds (or is currently pursuing) a Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Valuation, Real Estate or Project Management
- Demonstrated ability to manage workflow processes and implement operational plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven interpersonal skills and effective time management
- High attention to detail with a sharp analytical mindset
- Track record of building strong customer relationships in a client-focused environment
- Solid administrative capabilities with hands-on experience in project administration
