Australian Beverage Holdings is seeking experienced Team Leaders to join our Production & Packaging department. About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of a high-performing shift on the factory floor. Your team will include up to staff, including casuals, across various production lines.

This position requires working afternoon shift only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enforce Quality standards and compliance, GMP and site safety protocols
  • Lead and manage day-to-day shift operations
  • Develop a team culture that reflects the values of the Business
  • Allocate tasks, monitor attendance, and manage team performance
  • Conduct toolbox talks and ensure clear communication across the team
  • Prepare materials and set up lines (bag-in-box, bottling, labelling, packaging)
  • Trouble shoot down time and breakdown issue and provide maintenance support
  • Maintain equipment readiness and cleanliness
  • Complete accurate shift reporting
  • Act as a working leader, actively supporting the team on the floor

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong leadership skills and solid production experience in a HACCP and GMP-regulated environment, ideally within beverage, food, or FMCG manufacturing.

You'll need:

  • Proven experience leading a production or packaging team
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of production team leadership experience is preferred
  • A strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Understanding of HACCP principles and lean manufacturing (5S)
  • Mechanical knowledge and Maintenance skills (essential)
  • Basic troubleshooting skills are essential for this position
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced, hands-on role
  • Forklift licence (preferred, not essential)
  • Full Australian working rights
  • First aide certificate would be an advantage.
