Project Manager – Multi-Residential Development | Brisbane

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Managerto lead the delivery of a newly awarded multi-unit residential development in Brisbane. This is a full-time opportunity with a reputable, Queensland-based builder known for their commitment to quality, collaborative culture, and consistent project pipeline across residential and commercial sectors.

The Opportunity

Join a builder with deep local roots and an outstanding track record in delivering medium-density, multi-unit developments. This is your chance to take full ownership of a newly awarded project from pre-construction through to handover.

The project comprises several low-rise buildings delivering modern residential apartments with a strong focus on value, quality, and efficient buildability.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the project – planning, delivery, financials, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work closely with the construction manager, site supervisor, subcontractors, and consultants.
  • Drive project outcomes around time, cost, quality, and safety.
  • Manage procurement, scheduling, claims, variations, and reporting.
  • Foster a positive, productive site culture with strong team collaboration.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience delivering multi-residential, townhouse, or apartment-style projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction programs, budgets, and contract administration.
  • Confident communicator with well-developed leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts and keep projects on track.
  • A trade background or qualifications in construction/project management is desirable.
